From that point on scary things begin to happen. When skeletal remains of a mythical nature are discovered in the desert, an old timer calls in a well known college professor (Wilde) who brings along his daughter (Salt) as an assistant. I even got a kick out of old 'Uncle Willy'. Veteran actor Cornel Wilde and up and coming Jennifer Salt and Scott Glenn were great.

Great job Stan Winston ! The other characters were believable.

Bernie Casey scared the hell out of me as the leader of Nothing at that time was being made especially for TV like this. As a young kid into 'Creature Features', I was blown away. The first time I saw this was back in the late 70's. Gargoyles - Best TV Movie of the 70's (Horror) !
